PIC 100
The PIC 100 series is one of the most popular investment wax casting materials in EnvisionTEC's product line.
PIC 100 yellow wax is three times harder than carving wax, providing hard workpieces, clear details, and excellent surface smoothness, including thin-walled parts and complex details. PIC 100 can also be applied to workpieces weighing up to 5 grams, such as bridal jewelry.

EPIC
EPIC green wax is a special resin investment casting material, a low wax 3D printing material containing 8% liquid wax. EPIC's results are similar to EnvisionTEC's PIC material: hard and crisp details, excellent surface smoothness. Although PIC is recommended for delicate small items such as jewelry weighing up to 5 grams, the additional wax allows EPIC to provide a final weight of up to 12 grams

EC500
EC500 is part of EnvisionTEC's Easy Cast or "EC" material series, recommended for heavier jewelry weighing up to 20 grams. Our EC materials are known for their higher wax content, less thermal expansion, and investment casting.
EC500 with a wax content of 20% is one of the highest resolution and best lost wax casting materials. EC500 can be used for EnvisionTEC's DLP desktop 3D printer and Perfactory 3D printer.
EC500 has a melting point of 250 degrees Celsius and completely vaporizes upon complete combustion, leaving no ash residue and making it easy to cast.

WIC100G
The WIC100 series powder wax content reaches 20%, still a valuable material popular in EnvisionTEC castable material combinations.
WIC100 provides high-quality details and printing speed. During the sintering cycle, the nano wax melts first, allowing the resin to burn without excessive expansion.

Easy Cast 2.0 C
Easy Cast 2.0 C is a breakthrough material used in continuous liquid level forming printers, and is currently the highest wax content castable photosensitive polymer material in DLP technology 3D printing.
This material was specifically developed for printing on EnvisionTEC's patented cDLM3D printer. Due to the almost zero separation force of cDLM technology during the printing process, the formula contains 90% liquid wax. Therefore, the printing function in Easy Cast 2.0 C is similar to wax spraying.

E-IDB is a biocompatible Class I material that allows orthodontists to place all necessary stents at once, reducing stent application time by half and saving patients time in a chair.

E-Partial

Aluminium AlSi12-A LMF

Stainless Steel 630-A LMF
Stainless steel 630-A LMF is a pre alloyed powder used for TruPrint system design and testing. In terms of composition, components made from this powder correspond to precipitation hardened martensitic stainless steel 1.4542 (DIN X5CrNiCuNb17-4 or 17-4PH). Regarding chemical composition, these comply with the requirements of standard DIN EN 10088-1.

BEGO Mediloy S-Co
Mediloy S-Co is a powder made of CoCr alloy specifically developed for dental technology applications. Mediloy S-Co is a Class IIa medical device according to the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC. TRUMPF collaborates with BEGO to provide this product. Mediloy S-Co has undergone special testing and certification for LMF applications using the TRUMPF parameters of the TruPrint system. This alloy also complies with ISO 22674:2006 (Type 4) and EN ISO 9693-1 standards.

Cobalt-Chrome CoCr-B LMF
CoCr-B LMF is a pre alloyed CoCr powder used for the design and testing of TruPrint systems. The parts made with this powder meet the requirements of ASTM-F75-12 for mechanical properties and chemical composition.

Bronze 90/10-A LMF
The TruPrint system for pre alloyed bronze powder bronze 90/10-A LMF has been developed and tested. The components made from this powder have a composition consistent with the material number ISO CuSn10 and DIN EN 1982 of the corrosion-resistant bronze alloy.

Nickel Alloy 718-A LMF
Nickel based alloy 718-A LMF is a pre alloyed nickel based powder designed and tested using the TruPrint system. The parts made from this powder have the same composition as precipitation hardened nickel chromium steel 2.4668 (DIN NiCr19Fe19Nb5Mo3). They comply with the mechanical performance requirements of UNS N07718/AMS5662 and AMS5664 standards. This alloy has excellent tensile, fracture, fatigue and creep resistance, up to 650 ℃

Ti2-A
Titan Ti2-A LMF is a pure titanium powder designed and tested using the TruPrint system. The chemical composition meets the requirements of ASTM F76 standard. The components made of Ti2 ALMF have good strength to weight ratio and ductility.

Ti64 ELI-A LMF
Titan Ti64 ELI-A LMF is a pre alloyed Ti6Al4V powder designed and tested using the TruPrint system. The parts made with this powder meet the mechanical properties and chemical composition standards of ASTM F136.

Tool Steel 1.2709-A LMF
Stainless steel 1.2709-LMF is a pre alloyed powder used for the design and testing of components manufactured on TruPrint systems. According to the American standard AISI 18Ni (300) martensitic aging steel, parts made from this powder conform to the composition of martensitic hardenable tool steel 1.2709 (DIN X3NiCoMoTi 18-9-5). This type of steel component is easy to process and can be polished well. They also have good thermal conductivity.

Tool Steel 1.2709-B LMF
